The new World Cancer Day theme 2025-2027 “United by Unique” places people at the centre of care and their stories at the heart of the conversation. Because every experience with cancer is unique, it takes all of us, united, to create a world where we look beyond the disease and see the person before the patient.
On 4 February, World Cancer Day, we contribute to rewrite the future of cancer care – one where the needs of people and communities come first. At ICGEB, our mantra is ‘Science for Development,’ research to tackle the Health issues that people face across the globe.
With over a quarter of our Principal Investigators working on research in Cancer, many of whom are also medical doctors, we know it is a deeply personal matter.
