- CV: 3 Pages maximum – compulsory
- Abstract: should be infectious diseases research, maximum 300-word structured abstract (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusions) using Times New Roman font (13 pt for the title, 12 pt for the body, and affiliations in Italics); the presenting author should be underlined; Key words (3-5) – compulsory
- Passport identification page for international applicants/NIC for nationals – compulsory
- Reference Letter from the immediate supervisor – compulsory
- Declaration of Funding Availability – compulsory
- Motivation Letter indicating Research Interests – Non-compulsory
The workshop will focus on spectral flow cytometry to advance infectious disease research, covering diagnostics, immunological profiling, and therapeutic development. Emphasizing challenges in developing nations, it offers a unique chance for researchers, clinicians, and policymakers to build capacity and collaborate.

Fundamentals of Spectral Flow Cytometry; Immunological Profiling and Biomarker Discovery; Advances in Therapeutic Development Using Flow Cytometry; Panel Designing, Sample Preparation, Staining, Data Analysis and Interpretation; Overcoming Challenges in Developing Nations.
Participants
This workshop is open to students, postdocs, junior researchers, clinicians, and professionals in infectious disease research. Participants must submit a 300-word structured abstract (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusions) using Times New Roman font (13 pt for the title, 12 pt for the body, and affiliations in Italics) along with a motivation letter explaining their interest and research goals. The participation fee is €465 for foreign participants (covering meals, materials, hands-on sessions and accommodation) and €350 for local participants (as the accommodation will not be needed). Selected participants must register by paying the full registration fee within one month of receiving the selection notice.
Funding
A limited number of funding opportunities are available to cover the registration fee (including accommodation) for students and young researchers (below 40) from ICGEB Member States. Funding will be awarded based on the quality of the submitted abstract. Awards will be given for the best oral and poster presentations.
