Vascular single cell functional genetics and clonal dynamics

Brief Abstract
I will show our latest and still unpublished mouse genetic technologies and their
utility to understand the role of any gene in single cells during tissue development
and homeostasis.
I will also describe the role of different genes and signalling pathways in endothelial
cell sprouting, mobilization and clonal expansion and how this ultimately affects
vascular and organ function.
