Discovery and Development of Mivavotinib

The process of drug discovery and clinical development is a multi-
disciplinary endeavor where scientists across various fields come together
and try to provide a solution for a disease or health condition. The talk
will aim at introducing concepts of pre-clinical and clinical drug
development connecting lab research to the clinics. Discovery and
development of an investigational drug called mivavotinib (TAK-659), a
SYK/FLT3 inhibitor will be used to highlight the key concepts.
