The Biotechnology Development Unit (BDU) has moved swiftly to design online training modules that cover the whole production process from the cell to the purified Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient.
This rich video based eLearning platform can deliver training effectively anywhere and as an alternative to standard in-house training. It has been developed to provide a video-on-demand service based around our products to help industrial partners who wish to develop the skills of their workforce in a more cost-effective and straightforward way.
At the end of December 2020, the BDU signed the first technical assistance agreement based on video training and on-line assistance for the production of insulins with a South African Institute.
