A post-doctoral position is available in the Cardiovascular Biology Laboratory at the ICGEB in Trieste, Italy. The project has the ambitious goal of assessing whether the mechanisms that prevent the regeneration of cardiac tissue might also protect it from cancer, focusing on the mechanisms by which both heart and cancer cells respond to mechanical stimuli.
