A limited number of grants will be available for nationals of ICGEB Member States covering fee waive, accommodation and local hospitality; local transportation for least developed countries (LDC) participants will aslo be available.

The 3-day-event will contain three lectures that uncover network biology’s introduction, principle, and application. There will also be six practical sessions to provide hands-on sessions with participants exploring the available tools and databases used online. There will also be sessions on establishing the omics dataset and constructing and analysing the biological network. In the discussion session at each end of the day, participants will be briefed on how to interpret the generated results and prepare publication-ready results efficiently.

Network biology, protein-protein interaction, gene co-expression network, pathway, bioinformatics, computational systems biology.

Researchers working on molecular biology who are interested in pathway analysis and its applications (researchers, academicians, and students), especially biologists from beginner to advanced levels; Early career scientists and PhD students are highly encouraged to apply; The course fee for participants is EUR 300, which covers local hospitality.

Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses; A limited number of grants covering course fee and local hospitality throughout the course will be provided for selected PhD students and early career scientists (below 40 years old) who are nationals of ICGEB Member States
