High Throughput Screening data analysis

Data Analysis

For storage of screening data, in particular from high-content screening experiments, a dedicated server with a redundant storage capacity of 64Tb has been implemented in the HTS Facility; two computers are dedicated to offline data analysis.

The following software packages are available at the HTS Facility for data analysis:

• MetaXpress, including 10 application modules (Molecular Devices)
• AcuityXpress (Molecular Devices)
• cellHTS2 (Bioconductor, open-source)
• RNAither (Bioconductor, open-source)
• CellProfiler (Broad Institute)
• Advanced Cell Classifier (ETH Zurich)
• Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (Ingenuity Systems)
