This newly launched ICGEB course aims to provide scientists with basic knowledge and hands-on experience to begin or improve their skills on flow-cytometry experiments, together with an overview of the most advanced techniques and biological questions that can be addressed using flow cytometry. Forum for discussion of practical issues and experimental design will be an integral part of the course to ensure immediate benefit for participants.
- Basic principle of flow cytometry, sample preparation and analysis
- Immunophenotyping of cells in normal and pathological conditions in preclinical models and in the clinic
