Registration fee includes attendance at the meeting, book of abstracts, lunches and dinners as foreseen in the meeting programme, welcome reception and closing banquet

Cancellations must be notified to the Organising Secretariat in writing no later than 3 June 2021 (midday Trieste time) and will be subject to a handling fee of Euro 50. After this date refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Financial Assistance

Nationals of ICGEB Member States are eligible to apply for an ICGEB grant (covering registration fee, twin-share accommodation, and local hospitality) for the duration of the Meeting; travel is not funded.

Selected participants will have the opportunity to present their current research. Abstracts will be considered for either oral or poster presentation.

Abstracts should focus on unpublished material.
Your abstract will be imported directly into the abstract book, so please follow the format indicated on the form. We cannot guarantee complete accuracy if we have to reformat of retype it.
Abstracts submitted after the deadline may not be included in the abstract book
