The workshop will cover the topics of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) in advancing the understanding of genomics, metabolomics, deep learning and precision medicine. The workshop will feature both lectures and hands-on practical sessions. This workshop will promote cross­ disciplinary discussions and collaborations.

Researchers actively engaged in the field of genomics, genetics, or bioinformatics, and those who have a current research project that could benefit from the use of next-generation sequencing technologies. Registration Fee: Euro 150


A limited number of participants are provided with partial coverage for travel in economy class and accommodation. Priority will be given for Early Career Scientist who are nationals of ICGEB Membership States and participants who come from underrepresented groups in the field of genomics, such as women, ethnic minorities.
