Flavodoxins
Flavodoxin/FNR fusion proteins

Species abbreviations

Flavodoxins act in various electron-transport systems as functional analogues of ferredoxins. Although flavodoxins were found only in some bacteria and algae, these proteins share a similarity with a number of protein domains of both prokaryotic and eukaryotic origin.
