Microscopy 2017

FluoMicro@ICGEB is organized in morning theoretical sessions on live imaging and afternoon practical sessions on the instruments. Cutting-edge talks from international experts will complement the practical course with an overview of the recent advances in the field.

Participants will be divided in groups of maximum 10 members who will rotate between the four Microscopy Stations in the afternoon:

- Station 1: Confocal imaging – Zeiss LSM880 - Airyscan (Alessandro Cometta)

- Station 4: Image processing and quantitative analysis – ImageJ/Fiji freeware (Paolo Maiuri and Davide Mazza)

FluoMicro@ICGEB is located within the premises of the ICGEB, located in the AREA Science Park - Padriciano, 99 - Trieste, Italy
