Protein fold similarity Web server |
Welcome to the PRIDE2 server! This server calculates the PRobability of IDEntity between three-dimensional domains (or whole structures). For a detailed explanation and references to cite see the description page. An evaluation of the perfomance of the server is also available. The new PRIDE-NMR server is capable of comparing NOE restraint sets to folds in the SCOPselect database. Please read the PRIDE-NMR help page before submitting your data. Fold identification: as of August 24, 2006, the server uses the new CATHselect database based on CATH release 3.0.0. PDBselect scan: as of September 21, 2006, the server uses an updated PDBselect database based on the 2006 March release of PDB SELECT. |

| PRIDE2 help | You can find a brief method explanation and help on using the server by following this link. Please read the help before trying to submit your structures to the PRIDE2 server. | |
| You can choose between three available methods. Follow the links to find out more! | ||
| PRIDE2 cluster | Perform an "all against all" comparison on the submitted structures | |
| PRIDE2 fold identification | Compare your structure(s) to the CATHselect database | |
| PRIDE2 PDBselect scan | Compare your structure(s) to the PDBselect database | |
| PRIDE-NMR | Compare your NOE restraint set to the SCOPselect database | |
