Latest Developments

- The State of Eritrea deposited its instrument of accession to the ICGEB Statutes with the Secretary-General of the United Nations in January 2010 and has become the 60th Member State of ICGEB on 26 February 2010.

- At the 16th session of the Board of Governors (19-20 November 2009), requests for Membership from the Governments of Angola, Eritrea and Lesotho were accepted, bringing the total number of ICGEB Signatory Countries to 82.
