| ICGEB provides a scientific and educational environment of the highest standard. It brings biotechnology to developing countries by strenghening their research capabilities, developing state-of-the-art research and training scientists to the benefit of its Member States. ICGEB offers POSTDOCTORAL fellowships in the field of biosafety.
ICGEB reviews fellowships applications on an annual basis, and is open to applications to undertake biosafety studies - either research-based (Biosafety Outstation, Cà Tron di Roncade, Treviso, Italy) or tailored training in information handling & evaluation (Biosafety Unit, ICGEB-Trieste, Italy).
Prospective fellows from ICGEB Member States are invited to submit their application form* to the ICGEB Liaison Officer in the applicant's country of origin.
* All applicants must have made prior contact with the Group Leader of their choice (for the Biosafety Unit: Decio Ripandelli, for the Biosafety Outstation: Mark Tepfer) and obtained prior agreement on their fellowship study.
