You must REGISTER for the meeting BEFORE reserving your hotel and use the meeting Hotel Reservation form.

 

Hotel availability and special rates have been obtained by the ICGEB for the participants at the Meeting for individual reservations made through the local agency "Cividin Viaggi" by 9th May 2016

The selected Hotels are all located in the centre of Trieste, within 5-10 minutes walking distance of the Meeting venue.

Rates are quoted in Euro, min-max cost range per room/night, breakfast, taxes and commissions included.

Tourist accommodation tax may additionally apply, according to Trieste Municipality authority.

Hotels within the selected category, and eventual preference indicated, will be allocated on a "first-come,
first-served" basis. Further information regarding the hotel accomodation will be provided by "Cividin Viaggi" to each participant upon receipt of the completed Hotel Reservation form (*).

Information on alternative arrangements (suite, triple room) is also available upon request.

The closing date for submission of the Hotel Reservation form is 9th May 2016; availability, preferential rates and cancellation policy cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Please note that fares available through online websites do not normally ensure the same terms of service, including pre-payment, room type, etc.
