A document delivery service is also offered. ICGEB publishes results of its research in international, peer-reviewed journals. At its 14th session (22-23 October 2007) the Board of Governors accepted the requests for Membership from the Governments of Benin, the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and Malaysia, bringing the total number of ICGEB Signatory Countries to 77. Qatar deposits its instrument of accession to the Statutes and becomes the 57th Member State of ICGEB on 15 February 2008.
